Cherisse is a legal professional with extensive experience in international arbitration and commercial litigation. Throughout her career, she has handled complex cross-border disputes across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, commodities, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and logistics.
In addition to her disputes expertise, Cherisse has a strong background in corporate law. She has been involved in drafting and negotiating variegated contracts relating to goods and services, and employment. She is adept in reviewing and overhauling privacy and anti-money laundering policies for both local and international companies.
Prior to joining SAL, Cherisse represented a diverse range of clients, including the CPF Board and major local and foreign banks, in a wide array of real estate transactions. Her work encompassed the sale and purchase of properties under construction and resale properties, part-share transfers, refinancing, and mortgage transactions.
