Gregory Vijayendran, SC

Gregory’s active disputes practice focusses on litigation, arbitration and mediation of civil, commercial and chancery disputes. He has also been consistently recognized as an expert in corporate insolvency and charities governance.

Gregory graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1992, was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1993 and has been practising at Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP since 2007. Gregory was appointed Senior Counsel in 2019.

Gregory was the longest serving President of the Law Society from 2017 to 2021 and serves as a senior member of the Advocacy Committee and coaching advocacy. He is a Fellow of (i) the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore (ii) the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and (iii) the Singapore Institute of Directors.
