Ken Chia

Ken Chia is a Principal at Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow and a key member of the firm’s Intellectual Property, Technology, International Commercial & Trade, and Competition Practice Groups. He is consistently recognised as a leading lawyer in technology, media, telecommunications (TMT), and competition law by publications such as Chambers Asia-Pacific and Legal 500 Asia-Pacific.

With over 30 years of experience, Ken advises governments and multinational corporations on a wide range of matters, including large-scale technology procurement, cross-border outsourcing, and complex commercial transactions. He is highly regarded for his practical insights into privacy, cybersecurity, and e-commerce.

Ken is also an IAPP Fellow of Information Privacy and holds multiple certifications (FIP, CIPP(A), CIPT, CIPM). In addition, he is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.
