With nearly two decades of experience, Mark has substantial experience representing both buyers and sellers across a diverse range of sectors such as fintech, healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, real estate, hospitality, oil and gas, energy and mining. Mark holds bar qualifications in both Singapore and France. He is fluent in English, Chinese, and French, and regularly advises on projects involving both civil and common law jurisdictions, particularly in complex cross-border transactions.
